  • First-party event analytics — we collect anonymized interaction data (button clicks, searches, content copies, scroll depth, time on page) using our own servers hosted on Cloudflare. This data is not shared with third parties, does not use cookies, and is associated only with a temporary session identifier that expires when you close your browser.
  • LINE Tag (Japanese-language pages only) — provided by LY Corporation. Uses cookies and a tracking pixel to measure conversions such as LINE friend-add clicks. You can opt out at LINE's opt-out page.

Cookies: The Site itself does not set cookies. LINE Tag (on Japanese-language pages only) uses cookies for conversion tracking. You can opt out via LINE's opt-out page or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

Local storage: We use your browser's local storage to remember your language preference and UTM campaign parameters. Session storage holds a temporary session identifier for analytics that is automatically cleared when you close your browser. You can clear all stored data at any time through your browser settings.

Hanami Enterprises, LLC is based in the United States. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers (Cloudflare, Cal.com, Google, LY Corporation) operate. These transfers are necessary to provide our services and are protected by the service providers' data protection commitments, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only as necessary to provide our services (e.g., scheduling through Cal.com), to comply with legal obligations, or to protect our rights.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form. Session-level analytics data is retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), secure hosting via Cloudflare, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
